Wood-burning grills and dry-aging racks – it doesn’t get any better than this for a meat lover. Chef Michael Mina has created an American steakhouse that adds some zest to a sometimes dull category. The decor is modern with a lot of wood used in the furniture and the accents which fits in with the steakhouse theme.
